Not certain the method used to snatching these (custom script etc) but it may be a limitation of the site.
Have tried several methods and settled for the best being html from GAA

Just did a quick search on qresear.ch for webarchive format because thought GAA had mentioned it some time back but didn't find it.
Apparently some have issues with webarchive, maybe it has been deprecated.
If you can get better connectivity the html doesn't take long to download all.
