Went looking for Joan Donovan (CFR dig request in PB). Did not find as a highly compensated employee so she could be a 'fellow' or not that highly compensated.

For all fiscal years CFR has rec'd $200 thousand dollars (+/-) from the USG. That's the good news. Rather odd distribution if you look at USG contributions by year.

FY2017 CFR reported "public support" in excess of $66 Million dollars - friends in high places w/deep pockets?

$28M in salary costs is a shit-ton of salary.

Richard N. Haass noted as President - $1.4M salary. Who is this guy? (page 20)

Pages 23 - 25 lists other compensated employees - including a Director of Education (scary thought)

Oh Hai Little Timmy Geitner (directors listed are interesting….)

There is also an IRS Form-990T which lists CRF's primary non-related business activities as Advertising/Debt Financed income and LPs. If LPs = Limited Partnerships, it would be interesting to pull that string and see what unravels.

While looking in USAspending.gov for CFR info, found this a little odd. An Albania CFR that had a one time 2011 grant for ~$30k. Is a map anon around that could look at the address? (Looks more like a payoff than a grant.)
