Malik Zulu Shabazz, the New Black Panther Party national chairman who on Friday defended Attorney General Eric Holder's decision dismissing a voter intimidation suit against his organization for its members' nightstick tactics at a Philadelphia voting location last Election Day, in 2002 publicly offered legal defense to convicted 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui.

On a side note, logs released by the Obama administration show that a "Malik Shabazz" visited the White House. The White House press office claimed that this person is not the same Shabazz who heads the New Black Panther Party.
