Schmiddy was a true and trusted friend. Not necessarily the kind that others

would consider to be smart. Occasionally, Schmiddy would blurt out the most

profound statements. I could never really tell if they were his original

thoughts or if he was merely repeating what he heard someone else say. Schmiddy

was hit by a truck about 10 years ago and has walked with a limp every since.
