i don't want to slide the bread but thought this may have significance?
It was brought up on x22 last sat and the financial analyst guest said treasury and fed are using it alot.
It has been many years but I understood it as a threat to the fed because the us treasury can issue money 'without the fed and use that $ to intervene in virtually any markets.
I assume it would be a tool used to restructure the fed?
