How to verify if President Trump has actually endorsed a congressional candidate?

Texas SD7 candidate, Wesley Hunt, is now advertising he has the President's endorsement which is confirmed on the Ballotpedia page for Texas SD7 candidates, but he is not listed on the page of presidential endorsements.

Any anons who could help dig into this guy's background would be appreciated; he's an extremely well-spoken, too-good-to-be-true, African-American West Point grad, vet, inter-racial marriage, a new baby, and yet a candidate who has tons of money (judging by volumes of campaign flyers, adds, door-walkers, etc.) and dazzling young conservatives in the Houston area.

But he's hardly ever voted - and never voted Republican?!!!
