I saw an E4B Nightwatch and an E3 Mercury.
They can turn on or off their ADSB transponders whenever they wish. This is not "radar" per se, this is digital transponders responding to a radar ping with a short string of digitized data that can be picked up by crowd sourced receivers. Also note that some areas (Rocky Mountains) don't have a lot of receivers.

We have heard that they fly TWO identical planes and only one of the two has the POTUS on it. We never see two on ADSB. We have seen rumors of cloaked TR-3B escorts but they are never seen on ADSB and almost never visually either. We assume there are other escorts but we don't see them.
