Good evening anons, so curious…today I woke up and felt like my head, sinuses and ears were going to explode, my teeth hurt and this is not something that is new for me but has been many years since it has been this bad. Usually would be precursor to major migraine headache dizziness, visual distortions and olfactory distortions…would put me in bed for an entire day, wake up the next day and my equilibrium and body systems would reset and I would be fine.

Today though it just wouldn't lift…any one else have this reaction? Usually occurs when extreme atmospheric changes occur in my local area so even though its winter here, we have had a very warm winter and just in the last 2-3 days it got normal cold like 30ish or so.

I also attribute it to major changes coming our way….both esoteric and organic (earth and such)…just looking for some feedback before I go collapse for the night…
