No way to verify but pic could just be reversed. No tan line (kek) on the ring finger which would be there even with his muddy complexion. Someone that knows his head scars and other features might be able to decipher better.

Would normally agree but his watch is always on his left hand with the ring. For the anon earlier that noticed the JIHAD ring missing. the pic named ob3 shows a noticeable tan line where the Camel Jockey ring should be.
