Sentebale is a charity set up by Prince Harry. It focuses on AIDS work in an area of South Africa called Lesotho. Lesotho is currently in the news - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-51585936 . Sentebale means 'Forget me not' in Sesotho - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sentebale
I also came across a charity called Pathfinder (https://www.pathfinder.org/). Run by ex Clinton + Obama advisors. https://www.pathfinder.org/staff-members/lois-quam/ - "was selected by President Obama to head his signature Global Health Initiative at the Department of State, which provided more than $8 billion dollars annually".
