This is a breakdown of why this is all such a constitutional crisis. By using parallel construction on criminal cases (not to mention what they did with Trump and Flynn), they bypassed due process, illegal search and seizure and also the rights to a fair trial for at least 2 decades maybe more. Every case is subject to be thrown out. Defenders couldn't challenge or ask to see evidence as a simple "national security" claim was enough to hide the evidence in those cases. Every Federal case, and untold amounts of civilian drug cases could be thrown out. This number dwarfs our 18k sealed indictment number. This is a serious issue and could literally empty prisons.
