I don't know about that, but there is a YouTube community of folks called First Amendment Auditors. They basically video-record in public places, where it is legal, but have to deal with harassment by the cops constantly. These folks are on the front line as citizen journalists showcasing the brutal police state America has become since 9/11.
Their methods are intimidating to those who have not studied the applicable legal ramifications and subsequent civil rights litigation.
Many of these folks have not transcended the left/right paradigm, but I think they can generally see the truth for what it is, and Q is simply Truth.
The biggest hub of police oppression and civil rights violations currently are in San Antonia and its suburbs of Leon Valley and Olmos Park.
