a pattern of descrimination could be determined, if, for example, no one in any site that has alternative language, such as . . . . . . . . are ever knocked out of youtube for their made up fault of 'hate speech'.

all in all the idea of 'monitoring' for 'hate speech' is a tactic of those who want to subvert the 1st ammendment.
