Joshua Adam Schulte was charged with giving the C_A's "Vault 7" to wikileaks, among other things. Here's some background from the DOJ:

Today he filed for a mistrial, based on malfeasance by the prosecution. I'm not sure if he's a good guy that got framed, a bad guy that's getting justice, or just some randomly acting idiot…but some of the trial papers have details that could provide backdrop to our investigations.
