In a five part series, this writer lays out the Blago/Bummer/"Illinois Combine"/Rezko connections and contends that Blago, not Bummer, was supposed to be the presidential candidate. Bonus- she calls Bummer "The Wizard of Oz". It's a deep dive and worth the read, even if just to discover people whose names never made it to the MSM. Perhaps Blago was signalling at his presser that 'he took it on the chin' and is still standing.
