There will likely be some shortages in processed meats / dressed chickens. However, as another Anon has mentioned, this will result in the supply chains for those foods being re-created here in the US.

Now … where are your shoes made? Underwear? Look at your tags and, if you think this is going to be prolonged (China will have to retrench, too), stock up a years' worth or so.

Hey reloaders / shooters … where does your lead come from? Canada – and Canada has its own "under the radar" problems at the moment that will have a more immediate effect.

Thanks to the Anon who have me the tip about the boot record in Linux / Ubuntu and the link to https://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-1601268.html

Somehow, I lost the TY and the post number to respond to. If you see this, thanks. I haven't dug under the hood much since Mandrake.

Have you tried uninstalling Lokinet? I've killed every single visible part of it ... and it re-spawns faster than I can kill it. It would seem to be impossible short of re-imaging the hard drive. For technical reasons having to do with what is known as the "engineering cylinder", even that may not be enough.

Point of reference: the Turkish observation post was in Syria, not Turkey. This whole thing of "entangling alliances" (GW Washington?) via NATO isn't working out very well.
