Look derpstate, this is shitty fear-porn. Anyone who knows how viruses spread knows most people in the USA and many other countries with a shitload of chinky tourists allready had and got over the virus in December or early January.

And this omg-fearthevirus-19 has a shitty killrate. 2500ish so far. Regular Flu killed 10,000 people or so this year in the US. Any real "superflu" spreading in acres of huge chink apartment blocks would have a much, much higher kill rate if it were anywhere near as potent as a regular flu.
