No there is no connection with the names. Two completely different languages.

The American Indians are not Semites so it is not the same bloodline.

There is no such thing as a Noahide Tribe. There were 12 tribes of Israel, but none of them were called Noahide Tribe. The Noahide Laws were just a belief in common laws that God required of all mankind, not just the Jews, that were given to Noah after the flood.

The Indian tribe Nez word does not have anything in common with the Hebrew word Nez. Lots of languages have words that are spelled the same but mean something different.
