That would be the logical inference.
Spot on
A large percentage of them were also the same ones who tried to have 3 Communist revolutions in Germany in the interwar period. The Germans had a good idea what the Bolsheviks had done and what the Cheka was doing and were determined not to let that happen to them. Subversives like that were rounded up, removed from society and put into work camps. Jews were given a choice (the Havara Agreement) - if they went to Palestine and showed proof, their property & bank accounts would be given back to them. Most chose not to take that option.
True believers.
>Where can I go to figure out the sides to sides in this forum?
At the very top & bottom of each thread there is a link to the Catalog. In the catalog you will see a Side-by-Sides thread.
But first you should read the links that are for you in the end of the first post (the OP = original post, first post in a thread). Then go to the catalog and then the side-by-sides thread, might be a thread for Q proofs also, I can't remember.
Your experience sounds a lot like pic related. It is a monumental task and we will never finish it to our satisfaction, but we will have done what we could. I'm glad I started the journey and will see it through. Part of that vigilance is instilling it to the next generation.

Indeed it is!
