Could be either, IMO. China may be that desperate, or Wall Street wants the commie situation cleaned up ASAP. The insults Trump & Bloomberg throw around are pretty close to terms of endearment for NY guys. Bloomberg's originally from Boston, too, so they probably give each other a lot of shit in private, anyway.
