Not sure if mentioned yet, but another reason the left may be freaking out about the appointment of Grenell to DNI is that his being openly gay will make it very difficult to claim that the administration is attacking gays/LGBTQ when the arrests start. The cabal probably hoped to claim that was weaponizing the government against their gay "lifestyle," which they continue to try to normalize. It will be difficult to make that claim when the person announcing the crimes and arrests is, himself, openly gay.
Why should we be interested? Not trying to be negative, but are you insinuating that Barr is AOK, because he worked for Reagan?
