My guideline is that AT LEAST the top row of text ought to be easily readable as a thumbnail.
Good luck. This is an impossible task really, making memes for 3-4 different distribution channels each with its own size requirements.

Font is URW Gothic L Semi-Bold.
The WH statements tend to be wordy so I do edit the text to simplify grammar and remove unnecessary words and phrases. Cut to the bare essentials.
