Traitors will be tried in a military court because you're justice system is ….fraught.
Even if traitors are found guilty and held in captivity in Cuba what about the future?
Trump won't always be POTUS.
If, horror of horror happens and the DEMS come to power after Trumps term limit what is to stop the then POTUS signing a presidential pardon and freeing these criminals back out into the world?
While they live there's hope of them being freed.
They become a symbol and a rallying cry.
Can a military court hand down a sentence of death by…whatever means?
What happens if there isn't enough grounds for execution?
The world holds it's breath waiting for evil to be unleashed out into the world again?
