I just had a similar problem, an anon earlier suggested closing catalogue tab and re-open… it worked for me.
I am no expert, but you can easily duplicate this yourself. Take a basketball, and your camera and film the spinning ball. Then flatten the round panoramic and you will end up with the exact same missing data set from the top where the camera can not see. But we all know there isn't a hole in the top of your ball.
