"See Something Say Nothing" at DHS -"Phil Haney"

This guy was woke asf, his statements and positions remind me a lot of General Flynn. In the embedded video, you can hear Phil's first line regarding his observations of how Muslim corruption was handled at DHS. He says it was "see something, say nothing" It's literally the name of his book.

This phrase is DIRECT OPPOSITE to Q's common phrase of "See something say something." I know this is a common phrase but the situational use here stands out as notable to me.
