Yeah some add'l federal prosecutors were hired in Oct-Nov timeframe IIRC and the rate of filing sealed cases is somewhere around 5000-6000 per month. Can you imagine the court resources that will be needed to try that many criminal cases at once? I can't. But if we do military tribunals and no witnesses need to be called, just somebody from NSA to swear that the secret recordings are true and correct and prove the chain of custody, then maybe it can go real quick.
