President Donald Trump has been officially acquitted of two articles of impeachment and will not be convicted following his impeachment by the House of Representatives. He will remain in office despite the best efforts of the Democrats.

“The Senate having tried Donald John Trump, President of the United States, upon two articles of impeachment exhibited against him by the House of Representatives, and two-thirds of the Senators present not having found him guilty of the charges contained therein, it is therefore ordered and adjudged that the said Donald John Trump be and he is hereby acquitted of the charges in said articles,” Chief Justice John Roberts said to conclude the trial.

On the first article of impeachment pertaining to abuse of power, 48 senators determined that Trump was guilty while 52 determined he was not guilty. On the second article of impeachment pertaining to obstruction of Congress, 47 senators determined that Trump was guilty while 53 determined he was not guilty.

The Senate would have had to garner a supermajority of 67 Senators to determine that Trump was guilty of impeachable offenses. However, not even a simple majority could come to that conclusion even though the Democrats threw everything but the kitchen sink in an attempt to convince them.

“You can’t trust this president to do the right thing, not for one minute, not for one election, not for the sake of the country,” said House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA). “A man without character or ethical compass will not find his way.”

The Democrat-led proceedings ended up being a massive waste of time at great expense to the U.S. taxpayer, as Trump and his Republican supporters said they would be.

“The president has done nothing wrong, and these types of impeachments must end,” said White House counsel Pat Cipollone about the witch hunt that occurred.

With impeachment now behind him, President Trump can focus on enacting his agenda and winning re-election in November.

New reports indicate White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney is preparing to depart the Trump administration after undermining the Trump administration’s immigration agenda, claiming the United States is “desperate” for more immigration.

Mulvaney made the remarks when speaking to an audience of well-connected political elites at a private event in England. Soon after they were reported on by the Washington Post, Mulvaney was heavily criticized by Trump supporters for endorsing policy one might expect to see promoted by longtime anti-Trumpers such as George Soros and Charles Koch.

The report of Mulvaney’s departure first surfaced in Ryan Girdusky’s populist newsletter. Mulvaney is said to be lining up a new gig in the world of Washington, D.C conservative think tanks.

Mulvaney’s departure, which Girdusky claims to have been informed of by three sources, would represent a victory for ‘MAGA’ conservatives within Trump administration, who have blasted the former Republican congressman for wildly diverging from President Donald Trump’s pro-American immigration platform.

Should Mitt Romney be EXPELLED from the U.S. Senate by the GOP for his vote to convict President Trump?

President Trump ran on a platform of lowering annual levels of legal immigration, going on to waffle on the issue in a few presidential speeches since becoming President. Immigration totals have declined under his administration, and many economists have pointed to rising wages for working-class Americans as a benefit of the restrictionist platform.

A takedown from Tucker Carlson, who accused the former anti-Trumper (Mulvaney was caught on tape admitting he viewed Trump as a “terrible human being” in 2016) of carelessness for Donald Trump’s core base of supporters, may have proved instrumental in spurring Mulvaney’s tentative departure from the administration.

Mulvaney’s exit from the administration would represent one of two major victories for immigration hawks within the Trump administration in the past week. The new ‘public charge’ rule, which restricts access to welfare programs, food stamps and Medicaid to American citizens, entered into effect Monday.

Hydrate and get comfy, anon.

Might also help to forcefully say (silently) something like "Reject, Reflect" and mentally envision a shield that would return any harmful energy directed at you back towards its source.

Can't hurt to try anyhow.
