As he states, LE is certainly necessary, and should be appreciated by all citizens. Yet they should always keep in mind that there are some bad apples, who might not be there in the interests of justice, but have a predetermined course in mind, no matter how obviously innocent you are. People who have never been arrested, or interrogated for hours like Cain, by and large have no clue about this.
