There is a difference between genetics and religion. House of Saud are genetically jewish, regardless what reiglion they profess. There are many non-religious jews also, yet they are still jewish.
No comment on your "only 4 races" idea but jewish is not a race is correct. There are Chinese, Indian, African and Semitic jews, etc. But all of them have a specific genetic marker, that's why it doesn't matter if they are religious or not, they are still jewish.
