Update from ShangHai, on the ground:
Factories "allowed" back to work after submitting and getting approval on decontamination/outbreak SOPs, as well as having ample supplies for prevention containment (which are not available). The entire factory must be sanitized, every single surface, and most of the workforce were trapped out in provinces still under quarantine due to Lunar New Year travels.
He just told me much misinformation fro the government, but refuses to elaborate on numbers, severity, etc.
No answer from my guy in Hong Kong at all.
