Magic is the art of illusion. Those who practice magic are called "Magi". They have created a web of obfuscation and confusion in the Law. When the courts have ruled them unconstitutional or unlawful they merely stepped outside JURISDICTION AND VENUE. By fooling the people they continued the Crime. The "SETTLER" and "BENEFICIARIES" of the trust are UNKNOWN. The "TRUSTEE" is the "SECRETARY of THE TREASURY". Acting Secretary Walker further LAUNDERS the trust by CREATING from the alleged "Internal Revenue Service", the "BUREAU OF ALCOHOL TOBACCO AND FIREARMS"
