Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe taunted ABC News on Tuesday with the release of a new undercover video exposing the outlet’s agenda to mislead voters.

O’Keefe said he will be dropping the new video tomorrow (Wednesday).

“Not long ago we exposed the Epstein Coverup within ABC.” O’Keefe wrote.

Hunter Biden is asking a judge to delay his child support deposition scheduled for next week in Arkansas until April 1—a date when the key early primaries for his father Joe Biden's presidential campaign will be finished—according to a court motion filed by his attorney on Tuesday.

Brent M. Langdon, Hunter Biden's attorney, argued in the court filing that his client was unable to appear in Little Rock, Arkansas for the looming deposition next week, calling it "unduly burdensome and oppressive."

Lawyers for Lunden Alexis Roberts, who is the mother of Biden's 18-month-old baby and who is fighting him for child support, had offered Biden the option of doing the court-ordered deposition on March 3—which is Super Tuesday—or on March 5.

Let me know what day works best for your client. If your client hasn't picked a day by tomorrow at 5:00 p.m., I will pick the day," Roberts's lawyer Jennifer Lancaster wrote to Langdon in a Feb. 17 email filed in the court record on Tuesday.

Langdon replied that he was unavailable those days due to previously scheduled work commitments. "My client can be available April 1, 2020," Biden's lawyer wrote 12 minutes before the deadline on Feb. 18. "My client cannot be available prior to that date."

On Monday, Roberts's attorneys filed a court notice for Biden to appear at the Bushman Court Reporting office in Little Rock for the deposition at 9 a.m. on March 5.

Former Vice President Joe Biden erroneously claimed more than 100 million people in the United States have been killed by guns in the last decade and a half.

Biden, 77, made the assertion during Tuesday's presidential debate in South Carolina while touting his record on gun control and taking a dig at Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.

"Imagine if I said we give immunity to drug companies, we give immunity to tobacco companies. That has caused carnage on our streets. One hundred and fifty million people have been killed since 2007 when Bernie voted to exempt the gun manufacturers from liability. More than all the wars," he said.

That number, if it were true, would be significant as the Census Bureau estimated the U.S. population was 329.45 million in 2019. Fewer than 40,000 people died in gun-related deaths in 2017, which was the highest total since at least 1968, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Biden campaign told the Washington Examiner, "He meant 150k. He’s used that line multiple times before."

The former vice president also talked up his work on the 1994 assault weapons ban and the Brady bill, which imposed a five-day waiting period before a licensed importer, manufacturer, or dealer may sell, deliver, or transfer a handgun to an unlicensed person.
