A man made virus has entered the environment outside of its containment lab and is running loose. It is unknown what sort of damage it is doing because governments are so goddammed untrustworthy with the data. So it is prudent to be prepared and capable of handling a bad situation like this. Sure would be better to be able to simply laugh at your pile of beans and massive water tank in perfect health because nothing happened as opposed to dying of thirst becuse you are quarentined … imo
