been doing some research on Roman society, and architecture. I learned some thigns that I found exceptionally interesting. The Romans were obcessed with clean water. They also provided public baths that were elaborate and healthful, and most citizens used those baths once a day!

they developed a superior form of concrete called 'opus caementicium', which included volcanic sand in the mix and made the concrete exceptionally durable and able to cure under water!

This first showed up , according to sources, in a small place called Cosa, on the coast of Tuscany.

Very interesting videos about Rome that do fly through of CGI reconstructed buildings, and then showing you what the building is like today. For example a building that was commissioned by Julius Ceaser and completed by Augustus was used for the senate and it still stands today! It had an inner chamber that was 72 feet high! The Romans built things to last. It wasn't designed to demand maintenance and up keep fees or to fall apart after the bond issues are paid back (they didn't seem to 'do' the bond issue thing).

Also: any male citizen of means could commission would sponser a building and designe it, and oversee the construction. It wasn't some fake group of 'architects' it was any Roman citizen. They didn't beg bankers for funding. They didn't have 'bonds' that could be flipped to highest bidders and monetized in Switerland for another burst of cash for connected insiders (like we do) and destined to default so Swixx people end up with everything at fire sale prices (the purpose of Socialist systems, which are intermediary to looting a place of the local assest and throw the people into poverty like Cuba, Venezuela, and other Socialist run places).

anyway I'm going to link the video as a URL so people can enjoy watching it (I'll just give you one).

Much more interesting than the Tarter-sauce city of central asia slide.

President Trump is having a 6PM news conference on this very subject today!

you are spreading fear which makes people afraid and that contributes to stress which is unhealthy.

Each day is a gift, anon. don't spend your life in fear.

Anon, last night I did some drops of current news and one was a rather important resignation of a guy in the fashion industry, Nygard. It made notables.

but as well there was an arrest yesterday of some dirty smudge faced idiot who tried to blow up a random car at the Pentagon yesterday:

why this didn't get more attention, I don't know.
