While I would argue for an earlier moment, at the latest we become citizens at birth. After birth, it's not "abortion" -- it's murder and conspiracy to commit murder and everyone in the room is chargeable for the offense. They are now separate beings and there can be NO argument made that the health of the mother could possibly require the death of the infant. None.

The child is now a citizen of its birth country and due all the rights and protections afforded to any other citizen of that nation.

In this country, the first of those rights is the right to life.

Because the Constitution is dependent on the Declaration of Independence, no interpretation of the Constitution can override what is so plainly set forth in the document that paved the way for its existence. The right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness cannot be set aside, for they are given by the creator and are inherent to personhood. In other words, if you are a person AT ALL, you have these rights (which raises questions of how we treat our criminals). Even the Hebrew writings of our Bible, written to account for a vastly inferior human knowledge of medicine and biology, recognized that the very first breath established that the newborn human being had these rights in full. Today, with the luxury and privilege of much deeper knowledge of the sciences, we know that, afforded the level of post-partum care that is customarily available in this century, the infant is capable of living outside the womb well before that moment of separation from the mother.

Personhood, and thus citizenship, occurs long before birth and there is an attempt to capture that awareness in the laws prohibiting abortion after the fetus is deemed capable of experiencing the pain of being hacked apart, chemically scalded or vacuumed through a blender. SOME of us have said that this is not an acceptable thing to do to any human being except as punishment for an equally heinous crime of their own volition.

Some of us are just fine with breaking the kids neck after he/she is outside of the womb because we can sell the fucking parts to other ghouls.

BTW, in re Q 2897, it is my understanding that Drs. no longer take the Hippocratic oath. They no longer begin their careers with "First, do no harm."

We were told a LONG time ago to "prepare". Anons who hadn't already spent years doing so, began in earnest back then. If you didn't take that advice then, there isn't much need for you to worry about it now because you are probably out of time.

But don't worry, I have a couple shovels.

BTW, I see the MV22 Ospreys are on the move west from central NC today. Not on ADSB, but just flew overhead. Trump won't be addressing the nation about COVID-19 until 6pm. That's plenty of time to get things positioned.

I never had any expectations of living to see THIS day. Most of my preps are for my sons and their families. Some might even come to my great-grandchildren.

That said, I'd like to be alive to get to know them and maybe help them get started in life.

Although maybe we shouldn't codify it in law, I think it would be a good practice to never vote for anyone who, being of age, had no children of their own. They simply don't have enough skin in the game.

Yeah, ISTR that the local police busted the local Antifa (Redneck Revolt) for the same thing about a year ago. Then, too, some jackass in the middle of the country is doing prison time over that because it resulted in the death of the homeowner who was swatted.

More than simply being illegal, it's a shitty thing to do to someone.
