If a person has their citizenship stripped from USA, and they are not also a citizen of another Country, the become a Stateless person.

If they are in the USA, they cannot be deported anywhere so they stay in a detention center until a Country is willing to take them.

If they are not in the USA, they are not permitted back and can be rejected from the Country they are currently in. They would be placed in a detention facility in that Country or another.
