No human born alive should be left to die via neglect or intentionally through euthanasia. Each human person from conception onward has a right to life. Also understand, without protections, there is no limit to what they can do to that infant. It is just medical waste to them. You need a beating heart from a still alive donor to do a heart transplant, and what about the baby's other organs, and blood. Lot's of money to be made legally if the poor baby has no rights.
