The amount of money the lawsuit would bring could be more than the company can pay, therefore out of business.
The loss of revenue he would have brought in alone would bankrupt this company.
I kn ow we did some digs on the company and found a Schiff connection.
This looks to me like an attempt to keep the fortune in the 'Family" so to speak.Cabal
