teacher: not allowed to hit back at students, not allowed to physically restrain

if they do, they are open to lawsuit. if the student is injured while restraining, there will be a lawsuit and they will be fired

when reasonable discipline and discretion was removed from the schools, it became a law enforcement issue by default.

the same people crying over muh 6 year old would be the same ones protesting in front of the school if the trouble maker had gotten banged up while being restrained by a teacher, and launching a million dollar lawsuit.

precisely my point. lawyering and politics have taken over.

the teachers are legally powerless to deal with out of control students who require physical restraint.

ergo, at this stage only law enforcement are authorized to do so
