That is not a tunnel entrance. It is a storage cabinet. You can't leave stuff lying around on a tropical island or it will blow away in a storm, or get soaked in the rain. The cabinets also have electric outlets in them.
This location, and most of the island, is volcanic igneous rock of an equivalent hardness to basalt. Nobody in their right mind tries to tunnel in this stuff and it requires special equipment, skilled professionals, and planning permission from the government. Bad for folks with secrets.

Find that building. There are 5 bays if I remember right. The one on the left likely leads down to cells because it has an air ventilation pipe. Then there are 2 bays with diesel generators that you can identify from the vertical exhaust stacks. They also have air intakes for the diesel to breathe (oxygen required to burn fuel. Last bay is likely to be a reverse osmosis machine to make fresh water from sea water. It has panels that open along the end of the building because it needs lots of maintenance, filters changed, clean out membranes.
Behind that building, across the road, are solar heating panels for a swimming pool and the roof of an underground pool room.
Stupid people who do not dig have claimed there are deep tunnels, because they saw some security cam videos that are obviously taken inside one of those old New York mansions. Epstein owned one with 5 stories above ground and 2 underground, unless he dug deeper like his L brands neighbor who had a tunnel into an art gallery.
