It's universal, you can't get anyone in power to say a positive thing. Public officials are essentially professional LARPers, "bullshit artist" would be another accurate term. So pretending they don't know what's going on is their bread & butter. If Jones knows several key military/administration people he either knows or suspects is part of the Q team, then technically he's "talked to Q." That's how the game works.
Who the fuck knows. AJ drops some serious red pills out one side of his mouth while spewing complete nonsense from the other. He does this for his own protection, as does everyone else.
