I think treason and sedition are crimes the military prosecutes for. I don't think civvy courts deal with that. These fuckers have been aiding and abetting our enemies in the overthrow of our govt. Those are the ones going to be put to death if found guilty. If I members correctly there's about 43 of them headed for military tribunals.
It could go back to POTUS declaring a national emergency. Also, when the corruption in the DOJ is brought to light, that could be the impetus for military tribunals.
