My belief is that it was spread through chemtrails and lays dormant until it is activated w 5G. The cult wouldn't be hamstrung by Huawei's infrastructure or Ericsson's. They could have 5G tech emitting from a van driving down the street. I think it's effectiveness is currently being displayed by the cult to prevent the plan from moving forward.
In regards to the Biblical angles I think many fail to understand the goal of Lucifer. Which is to stand between each of us coming to Christ. Lucifer doesn't care if you follow Buddha, Mohammed, or a Rabbit's foot, as long as it isn't the redeeming power of Yeshua. As a result many researchers have a hard time understanding the hydra Lucifer has created. It isn't one religion.
Is there teachings from Lucifer, Luciferian followers, and worshippers of Lucifer yes but these are far more exclusive groups, the highest levels of which are hiding in the underbelly of Rabbinic Jewry. The Bible speaks broadly about this fact as well. Many follow the metaphysics that were revealed to humans through fallen angels. In an effort to hurt God he spent extra effort turning many of God's chosen people against him climaxing in the turning of Solomon and even moreso in the crucifixion of Yeshua. Their history is the worship of the deities created from the offspring of these fallen angels who humanity witnessed doing said metaphysics and attributed it to the power of God and many have pursued this power.

Freemasons learn this in the ritual of the 7th degree where three Masters walk around the initiate chanting a syllable of the word Jah-Buh-Lun. He knows all of our weaknesses and while he can't possess us or harm us in a physical way he utilizes his ability to manufacture an environment that will keep us away from God's will for our lives through those he can control. According to Luciferians Lucifer's favorite thing to use against us is our pride. Be meek, be humble, always be on guard against Lucifer's temptation.
