Yes it’s a crutch for many and cause side effects that require many more pills.

I had a friend who demanded anti-d but all she needed to do was ditch her asshole husband and lose weight. Those were her problems which made her “slightly depressed” (not talking about clinical depression here)

Doctors are quick to throw a rx and move on to the next patient and people are far too quick to request them due to flashy color coded ads and catchy jingles. If you see a commercial, pay attention to the use of color..very subtle but it’s all a $ game to them.

Many issues that all contribute to this problem but the end result is the same.

Maybe this is why? From Wikipedia.. (sorry!)

The 1922 discovery by Howard Carter of Tutankhamun's nearly intact tomb, in excavations funded by Lord Carnarvon,[9] received worldwide press coverage. With over 5,000 artifacts, it sparked a renewed public interest in ancient Egypt, for which Tutankhamun's mask, now in the Egyptian Museum, remains a popular symbol.“

Could you go tech free for a week, or at the very least don’t watch any tv and only look here and email? I do that anyway and wow, it’s made a huge difference. The only network tv I saw was POTUS last night. It really helps with the 24/7 feeling of bombardment.
