Two comments: first re Judge Roll: when he was murdered I called his office and spoke to a clerk under the new judge that had worked for Judge Roll. I called because Roll had before him the case that allowed govt confiscation of assets without proof of a crime; confiscation before conviction. From what the clerk told me Judge Roll had verbally ruled against the govt in that case but the written opinion had not been signed at the time of the shooting. IMO Roll was the target.
