could it be that we're looking not only at viral outbreak, but one aided and abetted by such an electro-magnetic technology? If we wanted to walk all the way to the end of the twig of speculation and off of it altogether, might we even be looking at a virus that was itself genetically engineered in part by the application of some sort of advanced electro-epigenetics and that can only flourish inside it?
