Not sure what the answer is, as I'm guessing the list of culpable is miles long, but when you see how Gen. Flynn was treated, Roger Stone etc., it's hard to take that this is somehow justice.

How do you explain tens of thousands of NON-deep state civilians becoming sick, some dying? Collateral damage? Ends justify the means?
My money is this:
The ChiComs were studying this specific, and altered, virus which has an affinity towards Asians (or a subset of Asians)….because, once they understood it, they could create a vaccine for the specific dna/biological makeup of those it attacks.
Once their leaders, and the selected citizenry is provided the vaccine, you can let it loose upon the world.
What went wrong? During the research it either escaped, or through clandestine work, was assisted in getting out. It got out before the vaccine was developed, and now the virus is creating the most harm against the group trying to control it.
Remember when NK was threatening this and that, but then their main nuclear research mountain mysteriously collapsed.
