Are all of you myopic? I think that the sound you are hearing is from a Electromagnetic Field used to control peoples minds into extreme moods wings.
I found this out when meditating, it works to send you in catastrophic thinking mode.
Pretty sure it has something to do with MKULTRA research.

Myopia is caused by your eyes focusing on the Electromagnetic Field that has been added to control your thoughts into extreme mood swings.
I have seen the Electromagnetic Field when meditating. You can also see it on hallucinogens (it works as a short-cut)
The sound is from the noise you pick up of the added Electromagnetic Field.

The tinnitus noise is constant for me when I am indoors, but when I walk the city the noise is not really there, most likely because there is more background noise outside and relatively quiet indoors.
The noise is a part of the Electromagnetic Field that has been added around us, and myopic people focus on the field because it is possible to pick it out by our eyes, it is not fully transparent but as a type of mist.
