Man-made Locust Plagues?
It wouldn't be especially difficult for a large or well-sourced group to make a
river run red–pollution, algal blooms from runoff, or simply adding dye (as the
Chicago River on St. Patrick's Day) are all typical examples. But the idea of
man-made locust plagues is something we rarely consider–it's another one of
those possibilities that our media bubble has kind of excluded outside the realm
of "reasonable" thought…but Q has bursted that bubble for us, and it's time to
take a look.
I came across an article (pic related) that has this to say:
>A study by the universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Sydney has found a build-up of serotonin in the nerves of the middle part of the locust's body controlling its legs and wings causes, within the space of a couple of hours, the solitary locust to turn into its swarming alter-ego.
>The finding opens the possibility of stopping the process long before it happens, by blocking the action of serotonin.

If you can stop the process by blocking seratonin, odds are that you could also
accerate it by adding seratonin. In fact, that was linked to some controversy
in the past decade–the pollution of waterways with pharmaceuticals (like
Prozac) and the effect it was having on wildlife:

Wikipedia describes the current control methods used on the Desert Locust:

At this point, all we have is the above facts; what we need to investigate is
the method by which serotonin might be boosted in Desert Locusts, followed by
how that method might be administered by the globalists. We should start by
investigating the "specialized organizations" mentioned above and identifying
how they link to groups like USAID, Soros non-profits, etc.
