Look, nobody can time the market and for all we know this could be the start of a multi year bear market. Or it could bottom tomorrow. So, timing the market as an investor is too risky.
Usually people just put in a bit at a time if they have a 30+ year horizon. This way even if they start investing at the beginning of a long term bear market they will get out ahead.
